HOW TO REACH US

WE ARE IN THE FULL HISTORICAL CENTER OF LA SPEZIA,
IN JUST 5 MINUTES ON FOOT YOU CAN REACH THE FERRY BOARDING
FOR THE CINQUE TERRE, PORTOVENERE, THE PALMARIA ISLAND AND LERICI.
PAYING OR FREE PARKING IN THE NEARBY.

At the end of the highway follow the direction to LA SPEZIA and then follow Portovenere /5 Terre trough Viale Italia. At the roundabout at the end of the street turn on your right and then after 100 m turn right again in Piazza Chiodo; take Via Chiodo and turn into the first sidestreet on your left , Via Malaspina. At the first crossing you get it (it’s a pedestrian street).On foot walk trough Via del Prione , when you’ll find the theatre turn on your right into Via Fazio and continue to the end of the street

You have to walk straight trough Via del Prione, when you reach the theatre, turn at the first sidestreet on your right – Via Fazio- and walk until the end to number 5.

in front of the railway station you can take the these buses:
SC – C – SA – A and get off in Via Gramsci, in front of Museum Camec (contemporary art museum). The entrance of “L’Approdo dell’Ammiraglio” is 50 m far, second sidestreet on your right

The biggest car-parking for long stay (paying area) is by the Mirabello Port . It’s also possible to park in the nearby of our property, in the blu lines , paying attention to the maximum stay.
